This exercise brings health to your stomach and digestive system. 1 Stand in a relaxed Horse Riding Stance and take a deep breath. Exhale and straighten your knees, turning your body slightly to the right while simultaneously bringing your left hand up from your hip and moving it to waist height across the front of your body. At the same time, do the opposite with your right arm: keeping your fist clenched, bring the arm behind you, with the back of your hand facing your lower back.
